Leon Byner of FiveAA raised a peculiar predicament a group of young BMX riders are facing in Edwardstown. The Department of Infrastructure and Transport have put a local BMX track on notice with plans to demolish it. When questioned on the decision, the department failed to provide a reason.

Bicycle SA CEO Brett Gillett spoke with Leon alongside City of Marion Mayor, Kris Hanna, about the potential razing of the Edwardstown BMX track and the importance of getting children cycling at a time when 25% of children aged 5–14 aren’t getting enough physical activity.
