Learner Rider Program
BikeSA’s Learner Rider programs are designed to help children develop balance, bike control and confidence in a fun, safe and supportive environment. Delivered by qualified BikeSA instructors, each program uses age-appropriate activities and equipment to help children learn at their own pace.
Our programs are tailored for three key settings: Bike Fun for Vacation Care and OSHC groups, Learner Rider Kindy Project for childcare centres, long day care and kindergartens, and Learner Rider Community for councils, community groups and recreation centres.
All Learner Rider programs are delivered by friendly, qualified BikeSA instructors who create a safe, supportive and encouraging environment for children. Sessions are designed to help children build confidence at their own pace!
BikeSA can bring the program directly to your site, with access to age-appropriate bikes, helmets and other resources included. All that is usually required is a suitable hard play area, such as a tennis court, court space, car park or similar flat rideable surface.
