You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of Bicycle South Australia Inc on Thursday, 26 November 2026, either in person or online.
The AGM is an opportunity to reflect on the past year, hear about BikeSA’s work and help shape the future of our organisation. We will present the 2025–26 Annual Report, share an update on our priorities and conduct the election of Directors for the coming term.
Our members are at the heart of BikeSA. Your participation helps ensure we continue to represent our cycling community and work towards safer, more accessible cycling across South Australia.
Date: Thursday, 26 November 2026
Time: 6PM
Venue: Box Factory Community Centre, with online attendance available.
If you wish to attend online, please RSVP through our online form. We will email a meeting link to registered online attendees closer to the AGM.
The agenda and meeting papers will be provided ahead of the meeting.

Nominations are now open for four elected positions on the BikeSA Board, each for a two-year term.
We encourage those with demonstrated experience in tourism, marketing, finance and events to apply.
To nominate, please complete the Board Nomination Form and include a short profile of yourself (maximum 200 words) and a portrait photograph. Your profile should outline your interest in serving on the Board and the experience you would bring. It will be published on our website and made available to members at the AGM.
Information about Directors’ roles and responsibilities is available from the office on request and will be forwarded to nominees upon receipt of their nomination.
Nominations must be received by the office no later than Thursday, 22 October 2026. Please send your completed form, profile and photograph to office@bikesa.org.au, or deliver them to Returning Officer, BikeSA, 270 Angas Street, Adelaide SA 5000.
Members are invited to submit Notices of Motion for consideration at BikeSA’s 2026 Annual General Meeting.
Please complete and sign the Notice of Motion Form, providing the proposed motion and a brief explanation of its purpose.
